Assistance with life-stage transition service includes short and long-term support that aims at strengthening and supporting the participant’sparticipant’s abilities and choices. We help you with these transitions, such as moving out of your home or getting a job are part of everyone’s life.

Assist -Travel/Transport

Travel and transportation assistance comprises assistance that enables participants to develop the capacity to travel independently, such as using a personal vehicle, related aids and equipment, or training to use public transportation alone.

At Community Inclusion, we offer household help for disabled individuals, which includes basic cleaning in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and toilets. We take care of all the needs and domestic activities that participants cannot do independently.
