The staff are well experienced and skilled, and a team of registered nurses, assistants in nursing, disability care workers and domestic care support for workers. They also help with Peg Management and Dysphagia, Manual Handling, First Aid & CPR, Bowel Management, Stoma Care, etc.

Yes. Our staff comes from various ethnic backgrounds and speak languages other than English.
We evaluate the improvement activity and determine whether care is delivered as intended or an alternative improvement is required. We measure the progress through audits and assessments and document the evaluation methods and results.
